NBC News tells that a “Four-year-old girl discovers 220 million-year-old dinosaur footprint at a beach in Wales“. While on a walk with her father and dog, a four-year-old girl noticed the dinosaur footprint in the rock. She pointed it out to her dad, who took pictures. After some encouragement from family, they reached out to local experts.
Scientists are excited about the new find considering the print well preserved. Once the Museum in Cardiff plans to invite the girl and her classmates to view the specimen once they reopen. They will list the girl’s name as an official finder. While this little girl may not understand the significance of her find right now, she is still excited.
