MSNBC tells the story of the “‘Angriest octopus’ lashes out at man on Australia beach in viral clash“. A man in Australia took his family to the beach. Then he noticed a tentacled arm lash out at a seagull. Going closer he noticed the arm belonged to an angry octopus. It even took a swipe at the man.
Later, the man put on googles and went looking for abandoned crab shells in the ocean. While swimming he felt a couple of whips. When he emerged, he noticed the whipped places had tentacle imprints. The angry octopus did not want anybody to bother him or his spot. Maybe the octopus just wanted to maintain that six feet distance to avoid COVID.
